Pedro helps international families and high-net-worth individuals navigate the Portuguese tax system, from day-to-day questions to complex cross-border structures, delivering clear, workable outcomes. With a background in tax consulting, Pedro built his practice within CCSL's investment and tax team, focusing on the taxation of individuals, both on the advisory and litigation sides. Over more than seven years at the firm, Pedro has advised clients on the tax implications of relocating to Portugal, tax structuring across multiple jurisdictions, and special regimes such as NHR and IFICI (NHR 2.0). Today, Pedro is responsible for the tax practice within Ulysses, the firm's Private Clients practice, working alongside the immigration and real estate teams to deliver a coordinated service to international and high-net-worth clients. Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
